Established in January 2017, the Kentucky Chamber Workforce Center (KCWC) is a program provided by the Kentucky Chamber Foundation. The focus of the KCWC is to provide collaboration between educational institutions, workforce, and economic development initiatives in the state of Kentucky. The KCWC efforts are aimed to provide workforce development based on the needs of businesses throughout the state.

The three areas of focus of the KCWC include:

  • Kentucky’s Talent Pipeline – collaboration of education, government, and workforce to establish upskill and training programs, as well as to connect job seekers with in-demand career pathways
  • Workforce Recovery Program – collaboration with the Kentucky Comeback initiative to provide businesses and employers connect with individuals in recovery to seek and establish employment
  • Bus to Business® - provides learners with information about in-demand careers statewide, as well as facilitates connections between schools and businesses to encourage career pathways
