The Young Adult Talent Development (YATD) Network is an initiative of the Jobs for the Future (JFF) organization, designed to provide information and research to help communities establish talent development standards and programs to meet the needs of both businesses and young adult job seekers. The network comprises over 35 national and local organizations who specialize in young adult talent development and employer engagement.

The network aims to establish best practices and standards that can be utilized by local community-based providers to help develop young adult talent development programs. To this end, they developed a field guide to serve as a template for organizations to follow. The network provides additional research papers on subjects of navigating modern challenges and maintaining momentum throughout the Covid-19 pandemic.
