Overview

Launched in April 2023, Delivering on the Degree:  The College-to-Jobs Playbook was developed through The Project on  Workforce with the aim to produce and catalyze basic and applied research at the intersection of education and labor markets for leaders in business, education, and policy. Its research aims to help shape a postsecondary system of the future that creates more and better pathways to economic mobility and forges smoother transitions between education and careers.

The College-to-Jobs Playbook is part of the College-to-Jobs Initiative, led by the Project on Workforce. The Playbook highlights the misalignment between higher education and employment in the U.S. It includes the College-to-Jobs Map, a data tool that compares employment growth to college graduate growth in regions across the country.
