The Open Skills Network (OSN), led by Western Governors University (WGU) is focused on establishing a national open standard for skills. Such a standard, if it existed, could be leveraged across the education and hiring infrastructure. The Network includes hundreds of organizations, including education providers, employers, associations, government, workforce development agencies, military, and technology companies.
