Brief #4: Content Analysis of Topics, Initiatives & Organizations in Learn & Work Ecosystem Library

A content analysis of the Topic Briefs, Initiatives, and Organizations in the Learn & Work Ecosystem Library reveals 955 artifacts in these areas of the collection—up from 849 in January 2025 (+13%). Two components among the twelve components of the learn-and-work ecosystem (see Figure 3) account for more than one-fourth (29.1%) of the content: Alliances & Intermediaries and Employers & Workforce. This depicts how important these areas are within the ecosystem.

The Learn & Work Ecosystem Library has grown significantly, with 849 artifacts categorized into Topics, Initiatives, and Organizations—a 35% increase from January 2024. Key focus areas include Alliances & Intermediaries (15.0%) and Employers & Workforce (14.4%), highlighting their critical role in shaping workforce strategies, credentialing, and policy within the ecosystem.

Trends Report #2: Fall 2025

The Library Lens: Trends Report Fall 2025 reviews the Learn & Work Ecosystem Library’s growth and impact between June 2024 and October 2025. It highlights new features such as the launch of an AI Library Bot, a redesigned main page, expanded glossary tools, and increased outreach through newsletters, social media, and even crossword puzzles. Usage data shows most visitors are working professionals accessing the Library from desktops during weekdays, with the majority coming from the U.S. and Germany.

Trends Report #1: Spring 2024

The Spring 2024 Library Lens Trends Report analyzed 7,916 user searches and 874,000 Google impressions, revealing strong interest in credentialing, quality assurance, and workforce initiatives. While the Library appeared frequently in searches, click-through rates remained low (0.9%), suggesting room for improvement in engagement. Organic search traffic surpassed referrals, indicating growing awareness, while requests for content additions and edits influenced page visits. Future reports will incorporate AI-driven search trends for deeper insights into user behavior.
