The National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) is a nonprofit professional organization dedicated to connecting college career services professionals and employers to facilitate the recruitment and employment of college graduates. The organization offers the NACE Coaching Certification Program, which serves as either a 30 or 60 hour certification program serving as a prerequisite and training program for individuals in pursuit of a Board-Certified Coach (BCC) credential.
