Founded in 1965, the Great Lakes Community Action Partnership (GLCAP) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that operates in northwest Ohio, and facilitates community partnerships and offers a community services in the Great Lakes region.

Established to address the needs of low-income individuals and families, GLCAP focuses on providing a wide range of community action programs and services to promote self-sufficiency and enhance the overall well-being of the residents in the area. GLCAP provides qualified families with access to Head Start programs for early childhood learning and childcare options.
