Instant Teams is a women-owned, military spouse-owned, venture-backed, C Corporation.
Instant Teams launched in 2016 as MadSkills, a website where military spouses could sign up to find available remote work positions from customers who joined to post remote jobs.
In January 2019, MadSkills rebranded to Instant Teams to better align with the company mission of quickly and efficiently building remote teams from untapped talent.
After the rebrand, Instant Teams launched its proprietary technology to enable a full remote team marketplace. Companies can customize remote teams using a skills-based hiring model and tech-enabled talent pipelines. In March 2022, Instant Teams closed their $13 Million Series A funding round led by Tiger Global.
Today, Instant Teams continues as a talent marketplace that uses skill-based hiring to provide remote work opportunities and career continuation to military spouses and untapped talent communities. Customers come from various industries, including but not limited to cybersecurity firms, ed tech and health tech, Fortune 500, and the Department of Defense. Instant Teams can provide a rapidly deployable workforce that scales according to the company’s needs.
