Overview

The Micro-Pathway Design Initiative at the Alamo Colleges District (Texas) invites college faculty and staff to form design teams and draft learning pathways composed of credentials that stack toward in-demand careers in health, bioscience, science, and technology. The initiative trains faculty and staff across the district on how to design micro-pathways. Faculty and staff can then use their new design skills and experience to grow micro-pathway offerings across the district, and learners in the community to benefit from greater access to meaningful career paths. Micro-pathways are strategically designed for working learners and the changing economy.
