National Institute for Staff & Organizational Development (NISOD)

The National Institute for Staff & Organizational Development (NISOD) is a membership organization committed to promoting and celebrating excellence in teaching, learning, and leadership at community and technical colleges. NISOD provides faculty-focused programs and resources for community and technical colleges that want to make the most of their professional development dollars. For over 40 years, NISOD has provided a range of professional development resources that are aligned with the needs of its members, such as an annual conference, webinars, virtual and in-person workshops, virtual campus workshops, regional events, publications, a resource library, and NISOD’s Weekly Digest.

NISOD is housed at the College of Education, The University of Texas at Austin.
