PathStone in Puerto Rico is a nonprofit organization focusing on community development and poverty alleviation initiatives. Its operation in Puerto Rico began in 1998 with the primary objective of addressing socio-economic disparities to improve the quality of life and promote self-sufficiency for economic and socially disadvantaged communities and individuals. PathStone is a member of the congressionally chartered and funded NeighborWorks nonprofit organization.

PathStone’s workforce development programs offer job training, credentialing and certification opportunities, and career placement services to individuals seeking to improve their economic prospects. Additionally, PathStone offers employer services to help connect employers with training and skilled job seekers. Assistance programs are also available for small businesses.
