3. Opportunity for promotions on a regular interval (5.2 years is the average)
4. Employees feeling respected by their peers
5. Culture of two-way positive and constructive feedback
6. Culture that promotes positive work-life balance
7. Relationships with reporting heads/supervisors
8. Fair and inclusive policies to ensure fairness toward all employees, regardless of age, gender, race/ethnicity, or disability
9. Culture that nurtures creativity in jobs
10. Job security, especially as technology/automation threatens legacy models of working
