Founded in 1988, the Arizona Community College Coordinating Council (AC4) is an association of the public, nonprofit community college districts in Arizona. The AC4 was established by the Arizona State Legislature to act as a coordinating body for the state's public community colleges. AC4's mission is to advocate, communicate, coordinate, and collaborate to strengthen communities across Arizona through education and workforce development. The association provides advocacy avenues, communication venues, collaboration opportunities, coordinated partnerships, and professional development opportunities to meet this mission.
