Founded in 2011, General Assembly is an educational institution (a third-party provider) that provides training and talent solutions in digital skills such as coding, data, and design. Acquired by The Adecco Group in 2018, it aims to bridge the tech skills gap through bootcamps, corporate training, and career services, with programs in fields like Software Engineering, Data Science, and UX Design. The company offers both in-person and online courses through around 20 campuses worldwide.  These include:

  • Bootcamps: Intensive 10–12‑week fulltime programs in software engineering, data science, UX design, cybersecurity, and product management.
  • Part-time courses and short-form classes: Evening/weekend and on-demand online options covering key topics in technology and business. 
  • Corporate training: Tailored upskilling programs for enterprises and talent pipelines for employers.
