The Foundation for Research on Equal Opportunity (FREOPP) is a non-partisan, public policy think tank that focuses on expanding economic opportunity for those with incomes or wealth below the U.S. median. FREOPP advocates for equal opportunity through public policies that use the principles of individual liberty, free enterprise, technological innovation, and pluralism.
The Foundation for Research on Equal Opportunity is an associate member of the State Policy Network, a coalition of free-market state-level policy organizations. FREOPP’s areas of activity include, but are not limited to, education, immigration, social mobility, trade, and rural affairs.
