Rework America Alliance

The Rework America Alliance is an initiative originally launched by the Markle Foundation, and now managed by Jobs for the Future. The alliance is focused on providing assistance and resources to help low-wage workers to move into careers offering living wages, benefits, and stability in order to increase economic mobility for individuals from underserved communities.

The alliance partners with:

  • civil rights organizations
  • nonprofits
  • private sector employers
  • labor unions
  • educators

The alliance and its network of partners share resources, information, and tools to increase skills-based hiring practices. Three areas of focus include career coaching training, alliance resume building, and digital skills building.
