The intentional organization and connection of information, concepts, resources, and relationships to improve discovery, navigation, understanding, and application of knowledge. Knowledge Architecture goes beyond the collection and organization of information by emphasizing the relationships among concepts, organizations, initiatives, resources, and other forms of knowledge. Its goal is to help users find information as well as to understand connections, identify patterns, and apply knowledge effectively.

The Learn & Work Ecosystem Library is an example of this concept in practice. It organizes and connects glossary terms, topic briefs, initiatives, organizations, and other resources across the learn-and-work ecosystem—to help users discover related information, understand relationships, identify patterns, and navigate a complex and rapidly changing field.
